Who we are

CyprusCitizenshipTest.com is operated by Testrada Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. We provide online tools for preparing for the Cyprus civics exam (Certification of Sufficient Knowledge of Basic Elements of the Contemporary Political and Social Reality of Cyprus). We have no affiliation with the Republic of Cyprus, the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, the Examination Service or any other public authority.

What data we collect

When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. We also store your practice results and progress data.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see, store or access your full card number. Stripe processes your payment details in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — hosting and security
• SMTP2GO — transactional emails

We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account. Contact us at admin@civiclearn.com.

Service description

CyprusCitizenshipTest.com is a preparation tool for the Cyprus civics exam required for long-term residence and naturalisation. We provide practice questions, mock exams and progress tools based on the official syllabus and the sources the Ministry recommends. Our questions are not official exam questions.

We do not guarantee specific test results. Our platform is intended solely as preparation.

Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for personal use — sharing account credentials is not permitted.

Purchases

All purchases are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the purchased product. Prices are stated in euros (EUR).

Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including questions, explanations, simulations and design — belongs to Testrada Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any content from the platform.

Limitation of liability

CyprusCitizenshipTest.com is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific test results and are not responsible for any losses arising from use of our platform.

Refund Policy

Digital content and right of withdrawal

The product you purchase is digital content (immediate access to the online training platform), delivered instantly upon payment.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal for digital content lapses when the consumer has explicitly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By confirming your purchase you provide this consent.

No refunds after activation

Once access to the platform has been granted — typically within seconds of payment — the payment cannot be refunded.

This applies regardless of whether:

• you have logged in or not,
• you have used any tests or training material,
• you intend to use the platform at a later date,
• you pass the official exam or not.

Exception: access never delivered

A refund may only be considered if access was never delivered due to a technical fault on our side, and you contact us in writing within a reasonable time after purchase.

The following do not constitute grounds for a refund:

• incorrect email address entered at checkout,
• lack of access to your own email account,
• personal dissatisfaction with content, difficulty level or result,
• change of plans, needs or preferences.

What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. We do not track you across other websites.

Cloudflare

Our site is served via Cloudflare, which may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection. This is necessary for security and cannot be disabled.

Google Ads

We may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This pixel is only set on the payment confirmation page after a completed purchase.
